    Easter ceasefire Empty Easter ceasefire

Post  Tyrto Thu Apr 09, 2009 4:25 am

On the main forums it says somewhere that at the beginning of the ceasefire players should send all their armies to a local inactive(s) as reinforcements and withdraw them just before the end. This will save on wheat in your villages and your troops cannot starve during the ceasefire so you use up their wheat and if they are inactive, they won't send your troops back.

Does this sound like a good idea?

of course its good. If you upgrade your granary, you can build a nice store of wheat and not worry about it for a few days (if your wheat is negative or you want big upgrades). Im trying but only like found this out 2 days ago so my granary isnt quite 80000 yet...

be very careful that you pull your troops out before ceasefire ends, and that your inactive is truely inactive.
