Natars appear at the end game, you take the WW site from the, and the plans from them.

Basically you would conqure the World Wonder village that belongs to Natar tribe(they arrive 300 days after the server starts).
You have that village then.
Then you would need plans to start building the WW level up.
The plans are found in a natar Oasis(arrived some days after the natar villages).
You would need 2 plans to build the WW to level 100,each can allow you to build 50 levels.
To hold the plans you need to kill all the troops and your hero would then take the plans.
You would need a level 10 treusry to hold the plan in your village.
Other people can steel them from you by distroying your tresury and if they are sucessfull then you can not build the WW up before you have the plans back.
The first alliance to reach there WW to level 100 wins the server.
